The Molecular Resource Center (MRC) serves 36 laboratories at National Jewish Health, five laboratories at University of Colorado Denver and four outside companies.
Our Services
DNA Synthesis – this includes all modifications, including Taqman Probes. We offer 24-hour turnaround time for standard orders, and probes will be finished in three days. All are quality checked and guaranteed.
Peptide Synthesis – offered at two scales and will come standard, greater or equal to 95 percent pure. We can also synthesize any modifications.
DNA Sequencing – carried out on an ABI 3100 capillary instrument. We perform the reaction and cleanup, and we can run sizing for genotyping, if necessary.
Expert help with assay design available for work involving genetic variations.
