In 2009, NBRI was established in Nanjing High-tech Industrial Development Zone. The goals of NBRI are industrialization of scientific and technological achievements, to support biomedical and technology innovation. Moreover, MARC and NRCMM share research platform and resource to NBRI. NBRI focuses on key diseases (such as cancer, cardiovascular disease, metablic disorder, immunodeficiency, neuron degradation), aims to become an important research institute for disease study in the world. In addition, NBRI develop complete technology support system for the biomedical industry and create a new investment environment for biomedical industry.
