Microbiologics provides diagnostic products and biological reference materials and anti-infective testing services. Our capabilities include working with anaerobes, fungi, and mold, and cell culture models for NTM, GC and Chlamydia. We have our own culture collection of >11,000 clinical pathogens obtained from hospitals, isolate banks, and Departments of Health. In partnership with our site in St. Cloud, MN, we have the capability of testing novel agents for activity against Mtb in a BSL-3 facility. Studies include plaque assay, TCID50 assay, neuraminidase assay, hemagglutination and microneutralization assays. We can also develop custom viral assays for SARS-CoV-2, Influenza, and many other viruses.
