METIS Labs specializes in custom in vitro and in vivo preclinical assays and research studies. One main focus is radiotracers for high sensitivity functional assays, radioligand binding assays, receptor occupancy, in vitro & ex vivo autoradiography, QWBA, and ADME studies. METIS provides custom radiolabeling and radiosynthesis of clients’ molecules. We also provide non-radioactive custom cell culture-based assays and rodent surgical models. Supporting this is preclinical imaging including digital microscopy (histology, immunostaining), digital autoradiography, optical imaging, and micro-PET and micro-SPECT imaging. We help move clients’ compositions through drug discovery, lead optimization, off-target effects, biodistriubtion and efficacy studies.
