Alpenglow Biosciences is a full-stack 3D pathology services provider: tissue prep, 3D imaging, and software for 3D visualization/analysis. We use proprietary methods to label biomarkers in thick tissue and render the tissue transparent for 3D imaging. Our patented light-sheet microscope can rapidly and non-destructively image the tissue in 3D. We have a cloud-based webviewer for 3D visualization of the datasets, and we perform a wide range of image analysis services. After performing our tissue prep and imaging, we return the samples to our customer. Our technology does not interfere with slide-based histology, IHC, FISH, or sequencing.
