Key capability highlights –
1. Process Development – AMBR250, Shake flasks, 5L, 10L, 80L bioreactors, high throughput DSP, Analytical development, Process Characterization, etc.
2. Drug Substance – cGMP manufacturing for clinical and commercial supplies. Bioreactor train: 80 L – 400 L – 2×2000 L. Currently manufacturing one commercially approved DS.
3. Drug Product – Vial filling, both liquid and lyophilised for clinical and commercial supplies. Vial sizes 2 to 50 ml. Currently manufacturing two commercially approved DPs.
4. Expansion Plan – Increase bioreactor capacity up to 12,000 L in existing shell place. Addition of PFS in fill-finish facility.
