ISB Ion Source & Biotechnologies Srl . Was founded in 2006 as a spin-off of the ’ University of Milan itself as a’ center of excellence ’in the field of biomedical research , to develop innovative strategies to apply mass spectrometry .

Today THE MISSION OF ISB is to provide its know-how:

in the development of analytical methods ,
in the realization of KIT for analysis (for example for drugs of abuse in the urine and hair, immunosuppressants),
in helping to ’ application ,
in the writing and implementation of research projects with public and private entities,
biomarker discovery
In addition, the company sells its patented products and operates as a laboratory third parties.

This team ISB consists of researchers with a wide range of skills relating to chemistry, biology, pharmacology, life sciences, bioinformatics and engineering. The different skills available in the ISB are integrated with each other in the discovery and development of new methodologies in different fields of application.
