The Macromolecular X-ray Crystallography Facility at Iowa State University provides a Rigaku/MSC rotating anode generator for single crystal X-ray diffraction studies, training in crystallography techniques, and a computer lab equipped with crystallography software. Facility services are provided on a fee basis and include consultation on protein purification, crystallization, and crystal optimization, as well as assistance with crystal screening, data collection, data processing, and structure determination and analysis.
