InVivo Biosystems provides end-to-end in vivo services to help pharmaceutical, nutraceutical, biotechnology and research institutions accelerate their research and drug development efforts.

Our mission is to develop the world’s most effective genetic tools to advance human health through animal model development for comparative pharmacology and tissue culture systems such as CRISPR Gene-Edited iPSCs Disease Models. As an expert in the CRISPR system (Cas9, Cas12a, Cpf1, base and prime editing), InVivo Biosystems creates custom genome-edited transgenic C. elegans, zebrafish and induced pluripotent cells to enable drug discovery and disease model studies. In addition, InVivo Biosystems provides in-vivo analytical services to produce data and insights for companies that need to make go/no-go decisions quickly in early-stage development of new compounds.

Examples of our capabilities include drug screening for some of the highest impact disorders (alzheimer’s, epilepsy, NASH, NAFLD, sarcopenia, diabetes, obesity, aging, and healthspan), compound toxicity testing, creating stable CRISPR models for rare genetic disorders (including the creation of clinical genomic models for genetic variants of uncertain significance), the use of transient transgenic models for rapid proof-of-principle experiments, and in-depth -omic profiling analysis (transcriptomic, proteomic, metabolomic, RNAi pathway analysis, and bioinformatics).
