We are experts in the synthesis of small molecules from milligram to kilo scale. We have a demonstrated track record with PROTACs, Nucleotides, Nucleosides and Peptide chemistry, Pro-drug synthesis, Biotinylated, Bodipy, Boronate and 13C labelled compounds. We have a dedicated kilo lab for rapid synthesis of multi kilo quantities from discovery projects.
We have established a full suite of DMPK /ADME assays including DMPK consultancy, physio-chemical profiling, in-vitro ADME assays for absorption, distribution, metabolism and excretion, in-vivo analysis and Med-ID.
