Intact Genomics (ig®) is a world leader in large DNA fragment cloning and metagenomic technologies. We have dedicated scientists and state of the art equipment housed in a modern facility, located in the Helix Center Biotech Incubator, next to Monsanto Headquarters, Donald Danforth Plant Science Center, and close to Washington University in St. Louis.

We provide high-quality life science products and large insert DNA cloning, custom competent cell production, and BAC library related services to help scientists explore the genome structure and function of microorganisms, plants and animal species. Our highly experienced team of scientists provide outstanding personalized services, fast turnaround times, and the most reasonable prices in the industry.

We also apply BAC related technologies in metagenomic research to develop new solutions for agricultural research, natural product-enzyme discovery, and environmental protection. At Intact Genomics Inc, our experts are the world-class leaders of high molecular weight (HMW) genomic DNA preparation, large DNA fragment manipulation, bacterial artificial chromosome (BAC) cloning, and unbiased BAC library construction. We continuously focus on genomic technology innovation.

Our Mission
We are dedicated to science and discovering solutions to the grand challenges in human health, agriculture and environment.

Our Vision
We provide advanced research tools for life science and develop new technologies for drug discovery from soil and other environmental microorganisms.

Our Values
Innovation, Teamwork, Integrity, and Determination.

Our History
Intact Genomics, Inc. was founded by Dr. Chengcang Charles Wu, a world-renowned expert in large fragment DNA cloning and BAC library technologies. Dr. Wu is the inventor of Fungal Artificial Chromosomes, the main contributor of the first soybean physical map and one of the leading inventors of plant artificial chromosomes. Dr. Wu started Intact Genomics with Rosa Ye, his wife and research associate of over 20 years, in 2013 in St Louis, Missouri, USA to pursue their curiosity and passion in life science.
