The microarray facility provides full turnkey services for gene expression microarray. It provides researchers with access to the Affymetrix and Illumina platforms. Additional equipment includes BioMicro Maui Hybridization Systems and Axon Instrument’s GenePix 4000B scanner, thus permitting the access to other microarray technologies such as Nimblegen. The facility also provides RNA or DNA validation, amplification, labeling of samples and software for data conversion.
