InSite Clinical Research has been serving the Dallas-Fort Worth Metrolpex since its establishment in 2004. Clinical research is a branch under an umbrella of services offered by Dr. Raj Shiwach and his staff. Dr. Shiwach serves as Principal Investigator for Phase I, II, III, and IV clinical research trials primarily involving CNS (Central Nervous System) disorders.

InSite Clinical Research has an extensive history of successful participation in double-blind placebo controlled clinical trials. Dr. Shiwach and his staff have helped participate in trials involved in the development of several drugs for Schizophrenia and BiPolar Mood Disorder including: Zyprexa, Seroquel, Abilify, Geodon, Injection Risperdal Consta, and Injection Invega Sustena. Dr. Shiwach also co-authored a paper on the Phase 1 study for Invega Sustena.
