We provide bioinformatics services for biotechnological applications, especially biocatalyst discovery. We can also carry out DNA and RNA extraction from environmental samples for sequencing.

Founded early in 2021 we are a bioinformatics company with a pedigree in supporting biotechnology companies and academic groups with their genomic and metagenomic R&D projects. We specialise in genomics and metagenomics. We have developed bespoke data analysis pipelines that we employ, using an expert-driven approach. Our staff have many years of experience in genomics, bioinformatics and software development.

We have a particular focus on data mining shotgun metagenome data for novel genes encoding enzymes. Our in-house intelligent annotation system, iDAP, based on the latest deep learning technology, is more able to shed light on the function of genes that are frequently found in the ‘dark matter’ of metagenomes than other technologies.
