Insight Therapeutics, LLC, located in Norfolk, Virginia, is a clinical research and specialty contract research organization. We work collaboratively with academic institutions and industry stakeholders to produce meaningful, real-world evidence that advances scientific knowledge of older adults leading to improved quality of life. Over the 25 years we have been in business, we have created a network of nursing homes in which we have conducted research for epidemiologic studies, randomized-controlled trials of individual residents, and pragmatic, cluster-randomized studies leading to real world evidence. In addition, we have developed clinical tools, including health management plans, for nursing home stakeholder groups spanning the major geriatric syndromes.
