InSCREENeX’s innovative product solutions (SCREENflex; CI-SCREEN) allow
- establishing your desired cell test system (e.g. CHO, HEK293) within a rapid timeframe (1 month) and with unmatched expression characteristics (SCREENflex). (so far we have used it for the establishment of GPCRs, ion channels, antibodies, cytokines, retroviruses)

- the generation of physiologically relevant cell lines from any mammalian primary cell type (functional immortalization – CI-SCREEN) (cell types that we have developed with this technology are e.g.: endothelial cells, epithelial cells, thyrocytes, osteoblasts, mesenchymal stem cells, chondrocytes)

- the use of functionally immortalized cell lines for the development of bioassays (e.g. release assays, ADME/Tox profiling, Barrier formation/Permeability studies)
