Crystallization Screening and Cryo-Electron Microscopy
The High-Throughput Crystallization Screening Center at HWI (the National Crystallization Center) performs crystal-growth screening experiments for both soluble and membrane biological macromolecules. www.getacrystal.org

Experimental screening of 1,536 different chemical cocktails to find initial crystallization conditions for both soluble and membrane biological macromolecules. Each condition is monitored with a robust imaging schedule using brightfield, SONICC, and UV-TPEF imaging methods to quickly identify potential crystallization hits. The Crystallization Center has set up over 25 million crystallization experiments on over 17,000 samples. Our goal is to provide access to expertise, equipment, and technology to facilitate the efficient crystallization of biological macromolecules.

Our Cryo-EM facility is purposely designed to produce the highest quality data with our Glacios 200 kV microscope, Volta phase plate, and Falcon 4 and Ceta-D detectors. We offer a range of services up to and including complete structural solutions. https://structuralbiologyservices.com/
