History: Founded in 1978 as M & Ko Manufacturing, Ned Milicivic and David Ko built a reputation for excellence in manufacturing through value engineering and a technically enabled factory. Seamus Meagher joined the team serving as company president in 2000. In 2001, GCM Medical & OEM was established following the acquisition of M & Ko by GCM holdings LLC. Founders Milicivic, Ko and President Meagher re-acquired GCM Medical & OEM in 2006.
Today: GCM is headquartered in Union City, California, with 150,000 square feet dedicated to manufacturing services. GCM is a preferred supplier to OEM’s in Aerospace, Automotive, Biotechnology, Industrial, Medical, Security, Semiconductor and Transportation. GCM offers Machining, Sheet Metal, EDM, Furnace Brazing, Electro-Mechanical Assembly and Clean Room Integration as core service solutions. Value-added services include new product introduction, supply chain management, and low cost region manufacturing.
