Our classrooms are staffed with experienced teachers educated in the fields of child development and early childhood education. The Child Development Center is housed within the School of Human Ecology, in the College of Health and Human Sciences. Our center serves children from age 6 weeks to 5 years old and provides an enriching environment for young children and their parents. We focus on the physical, cognitive, social, emotional and creative development of the child.
The CDC serves as a training program for students majoring in child development and provides rich opportunities for the observation of children and for research.
