GenomeScan offers genomic services for the pharmaceutical industry based on genetic profiling using Next Generation Sequencing (NGS) techniques. These services include Patient Stratification strategies using WGS/WES, Trancriptome and and Epigenetic analysis. In addition since 2011 we are ISO 17025 accredited to ensure a guaranteed quality for our portfolio. On top of that we are able to work G©LP compliant.

We also offer diagnostic genetic tests using NGS techniques. We provide a complete portfolio of the most modern techniques, including:

Our fully automated laboratory specializes in whole exome sequencing (WES) including FFPE sequencing and ‘ExomeScan Priority’ (ultra-fast TAT). We offer various inheritable disease panels, or we can create your custom design. The RNAseq services and data-analysis pipelines measure differential expression such as tumor vs. normal DNA. Or you can perform (targeted) methylation sequencing or micro-array analyses.
