CONVENIENTLY LOCATED
FCT has one location in the Tampa Bay Area. The facility is a access-controlled 6,500 square foot research facility located within a Dermatology practice.

Located 10 minutes from St. Joseph’s Hospital on Van Dyke Road only 20 minutes from Tampa International Airport. In the event of an emergency, 911 is called and we have an Emergency medication box at our facility.

OUR PRACTICE
FCT is led by Seth B. Forman, MD. Dr. Forman has been voted the “Best Dermatologist” in North Tampa three years in a row, 2011-2013. Forman Dermatology is general, surgical and cosmetic practice that generates approximately twenty thousand (20,000) patient visits a year through our facility.

The practice provides an array of services including:

nUVB (Narrowband Ultraviolet B) phototherapy
Targeted PUVA (Psoralen + Ultraviolet-A) phototherapy
Targeted nUVB
Low dose radiation therapy for non-melanoma skin cancers and keloids
Blu-light for actinic keratoses and acne
Cosmetic consultations and non-surgical treatments
Additionally, Dr.Forman services over one hundred and fifty (150) skilled nursing facilities (SNF’s), assisted living facilities (ALF’s) and independent living (IL) residences in Florida. This travel practice visits residents in Hillsborough, Pinellas, Sarasota, Manatee, Pasco, Hernando, Polk and Marion Counties.

The home facility also houses a full service pathology laboratory. Our lab is able to process routine pathology, special stains and immunostains.
