Flow Contract Site Laboratory (FCSL) operates as a specialized contract research organization (CRO) that offers flow cytometry-based assays for nonclinical and clinical drug development. Some of our capabilities include up to 10-color antibody panels for immunophenotyping, receptor occupancy, intracellular cytokine and phospho-protein detection, and cellular functional assays. We are proficient in processing a multitude of specimen types including whole blood, tissue, frozen PBMCs, bone marrow, spleen, and tumors for pre-clinical model systems and human clinical trials. In addition, FCSL offers both GLP and non-GLP contract flow cytometry services.

We also recently have added two Cytek Auroras which can be used for exploratory assays up to 20-25 colors.
