Flaskworks offers dendritic cell and macrophage generation from PBMCs, bone marrow, and other sources such as CD34+ cells. We can source human as well as animal blood.
Culture protocols can be customized based on client needs and we can ship frozen cells to our clients. We can also perform cell separation in a donor/animal specific manner, e.g. extract monocytes from PBMCs to differentiate into dendritic cells or macrophages and then ship remaining PBMCs (or purified subpopulations) and dendritic cells/macrophages back to client in cryopreserved form.
