Fios Genomics has nearly 15 years of experience in supporting scientists, researchers and bioinformaticians in all areas of data analysis. Our team have extensive experience in handling all types of datasets for human pharmaceutical development, diagnostics, agricultural research, veterinary medicine and applied research across all species. In drug development, we work from the target identification stage through to analysis of multi-modality late-stage clinical trials integrating all the data types collected to ensure robust conclusions and data-driven decision making.
Our team can help overcome challenges in use and integration of ‘omics technologies; namely microarrays, NGS, proteomics, metabolomics & metagenomics, and the integration of data from non-omics technologies.
Using a combined in-house resource of bioinformaticians, computational biologists and statisticians we can help you get more information from the ‘omic experiments you currently perform or help you integrate these technologies into your development pipelines.
We specialise in the biological interpretation and pathway analysis of high dimension, high variance datasets to aid biomarker ID, predictive toxicology, genotyping, proof of concept, biosimilar/bioequivalence studies, patient stratification, repurposing strategies and biological production process development/improvement for pharmaceutical companies, CMOs and research institutions. Our experience ranges from biomarker discovery to large phase III clinical trial data analysis. We work with clients worldwide to deliver information rather than simply more data. More information is available on our website (www.fiosgenomics.com).
