With the objective of strengthening its internal procedures and internal control system, Farcoderm Srl adopted, on 25 July 2013, a new Management, Organization and Control System pursuant to Legislative Decree no. 231/2001 (so-called, Model 231/2001). This Management System, that is integrated with existing Management Systems, is an additional tool for monitoring and ensuring compliance with the requirements of legality, fairness and transparency in its relations with all stakeholders that relate to the Company.
