Genomic engineering involves the manipulation of cellular DNA in order to repair or delete a gene’s function. With new and exciting developments in CRISPR (clustered regularly interspaced short palindromic repeats)/Cas systems for genomic engineering, ESI seeks to improve products related to CRISPR/Cas and related systems. ESI also seeks to provide novel and improved systems for genomic engineering.
