Enterosys has developed a solid expertise in quantification of nitric oxide (NO) and hydrogen peroxide (H2O2) in real time by amperometry. This technology makes it possible to quantify, in an absolute manner, the release of these two biomarkers of oxidative stress in different biological models: primary cell cultures or cell lines in 2 or 3D, in organs or in vivo in anesthesied animals.
We offer different applications:
- evaluation of the antioxidant capacities of your assets (chemical molecules, natural extracts, formulations …)
- comparative study of the efficacy of assets compared to a standard or bioactive molecule already on the market
- development of stress models with an innovative approach for the creation of new lines of cosmetics (sensitizing agents, pollution, infectious agents, atopic dermatitis, hormonal imbalance …)
