This research core facility provides both services and instrumentation for all investigators at Creighton University who utilize molecular biology techniques in their research. The services provided include DNA sequencing and oligonucleotide synthesis. Request forms with prices for these services are available from this web site (see below). In addition, faculty, technicians and graduate students have access to some of the most precise technology and equipment available for their individual use on a sign up basis. This equipment includes: high speed and ultra-centrifuges, real-time thermocycler, autoradiographic film processor, UV/visible gel documentation system and spectrophotometers.
