CRDR Consulting advises on and provides direction for the research, development and regulatory aspects of cosmetic products. This includes the “how to” of formula development, process development, Q.C. procedures, handling outside vendors and product troubleshooting. It also includes the preparation of regulatory documentation for domestic—especially FDA— compliance, foreign countries, patent development, product labeling, MSDS’s, S.O.P.’s, etc. Clients range from “Fortune 500” companies to small ‘start-ups.’

Tom Vichroski is a member of the Society of Cosmetic Chemists, the Regulatory Affairs Professional Society, the Association of Consulting Chemists & Chemical Engineers and the American Chemical Society. He has participated on the Scientific Advisory Committee of the Personal Care Products Council and holds several cosmetic patents. More than thirty-eight years of product development experience has provided a background covering a wide range of cosmetics including OTC products.
