Cook MyoSite offers single-donor primary human skeletal muscle cells (skMDC) characterized by age, gender, race, and BMI with optimized media (MyoTonic, CryoTonic) to make cell culture growth, differentiation, and cryopreservation as reliable as possible in your lab. We offer healthy and diseased cells from a range of donors, and we can generate gene expression profiles for each lot of cells to further characterize expression levels of myogenic gene targets.

At Cook MyoSite, our services are backed by nearly two decades of clinical experience in muscle-related research. skMDC are isolated and processed using only the highest quality materials, and our highly experienced Laboratory Research Services team provides expert customer service and technical support to ensure that the cells perform as expected.

• Skeletal Muscle Cells
Use the highest quality, most characterized primary human skeletal muscle cells (skMDC) on the market. Healthy and neuromuscular diseased cells are available.

• MyoTonic™ Family of Culture Media
Specifically formulated basal medium, growth supplements, and differentiation media for human skeletal muscle cells. Some offerings are available in serum-free or insulin-free configurations.

• CryoTonic™ Cryostorage Medium
Preserve your valuable cell stocks and maintain high viability post-thaw with a high-quality cryopreservation medium.

All Cook MyoSite offerings are for research use only (RUO). Please review our Product Use Guidelines at https://www.cookmyosite.com/skmdc
