Concept COA (clinical outcomes assessment) is a specialist qualitative research services provider exploring symptoms and impacts tp daily living directly experienced by the patient with in their disease area. We approach our research from both the sociological and psychological perspectives, to further understand and empower the patient voice.

Our focus covers a multitude of service solutions from early literature, helping new product planning and market access teams get a wider view of the disease burden, patients and sub populations, and understand patient concepts important to them in their treatment benefits and how they experience their symptoms. Such research outputs further engage outcomes researchers, informing on conceptual disease models from which we can start to explore viable fit for purpose COA instruments, or narrow a field of view to several instruments that might be eligible for modification. Together we provide conceptual insights, a gap analysis, patient elicitation interviews and forward strategy planning. We are designed with early product development budgets in mind, creating a cost effective way to include robust insights from as early as pre clinical through to pivotal trial design input.
