The goal of the Flow Cytometry core facility is to aid DRC researchers in all aspects of Analytic Cytometry (cell surface markers, signaling / phospho-flow, intracellular staining of cytokines and transcription factors), supported by three analyzers (Canto II, Fortessa and LSR II) supporting a maximum of 8-19 colors, and Cell Sorting service (up to 15 colors and four sort outputs), supported by an Influx sorter.
