Columbia Biosciences Corporation is the expert team for custom antibody conjugation. We do over 300 conjugations per year, using a wide range of fluorescent dyes, enzymes, proteins, haptens, and PEG. We provide conjugates for both commercial and research applications. Our turnaround time is less than 2 weeks and we provide a Certificate of Analysis for every conjugate which includes concentration, F/P ratio and fluorometry.

In addition to our custom conjugation service, Columbia develops and sells fluorescent proteins and antibody conjugates. We offer discovery services such as functional cell-based assays for pre-clinical drug development in oncology and immunology. The company consists of an experienced team of immunologists, biologists and chemists with over 30 years of industry. Our expertise lies in growing the algae, extracting, and purifying the dyes and conjugating these and other fluorophores to antibodies. We are a leader in the natural dye market for flow cytometry and a supplier to life science and diagnostic companies, globally.
