COBIOMIC is a spin-off of the University and the Biomedical Institute of Cordoba, Spain.
The Commercial pipeline of the company is providing Proteomics Analysis services by qPCR using a novel technology (Proximity Extention Assay). 1ul of any biological sample (Serum, Dried Blood Spot, CSF, Tissue Lysate, Teardrops, etc..) can be used to determine the expression levels of 100s of proteins. Bioinformatics analysis can also be provided as an add-on, post analysis.
The R&D pipeline of the company is focused on Biomarker Discovery, with the goal to develop a platform/prodcut, that would identify responders vs non-reponders of Biologics in patients suffering from Autoimmune conditions.
