CILcare is an R&D services company dedicated to hearing deficiencies. CILcare supports biotechs, medtechs and pharmas from all over the world in their preclinical and clinical development in hearing loss and tinnitus.

CILcare has developed a unique lab platform gathering acoustic, electrophysiology, behavioral, histology and imaging technologies to perform preclinical efficacy studies on different models of hearing loss and tinnitus in rodents as well as pharmacokinetics studies to assess the exposure of the candidates in the inner ear and other targeted organs.

The three founders began working on issues related to the aging population at pharma giant Sanofi – in complementary disciplines. They realized there was a niche but growing market servicing research into hearing deficiencies and founded CILcare in 2014. Today, the 9-person team is considered the worldwide leader of services in hearing research and development.
