Chirosolve offers chiral resolution kits that identify ideal resolution conditions for both +ve and -ve isomers within 24 hours. These high-throughput screening kits provide 384 pre-measured quantities of resolving agent/solvent combinations per racemate that can separate +ve and -ve isomers and offer enantiomeric enrichment. Kits can be used against acids, bases, alcohols, amino acids, aldehydes and ketones and can even be used against the racemate with multiple chiral centers. There are 3 types of kits: ACID, BASE, STRONG ACID and they come in 2 formats: plastic and glass. The kits are compatible for robotic manipulations and can be used to automate the screening of hundreds of drug-candidates in parallel during the drug discovery projects.

ChiroSolve also offers method development, and process optimization services where we define scalable (to kilo-quantities) manufacturing processes that deliver high purity chiral enantiomers with target EE purity, and highest yield. The focus of the services is to provide highest purity and yield, while minimizing the number of steps.
