Our expertise covers several classes of rare fluorinated building blocks, such as fluoroalkyl bromides, silanes, carboxylates, sulfonyl fluorides and fluoroalkylation reagents based on hypervalent iodine (Togni reagents).

We are specialists in small molecule fluorinated azides. Depending on the application, fluorinated azides can be used to generate new libraries of drug candidates with fluoroalkylated azaheterocycles or they can be clicked onto an alkynyl biomolecule of interest (glycan, peptide, protein, oligonucleotide, etc.) and their interactions can be then monitored by 19F NMR.
