Cell Guidance Systems provides reagents and services to control, manipulate and monitor the cell, both in-vitro and in-vivo. Our technologies enable novel insights for research as well as fresh approaches to treating disease.

We have developed a range of products and services to support your exosome research, from isolation to characterization to assay. Our range of products includes exosome purification kits for all biological fluids and applications, exosome marker antibodies, and exosome detection options, as well as a nanoparticle tracking analysis (NTA) service.

Conventional growth factors limit the possibilities of cell culture, biomanufacturing, and therapeutics. PODS® technology addresses the limitations of conventional growth factors by placing them in a protective protein crystal lattice. This lattice stabilizes cargo proteins even at high temperatures. In the presence of proteases secreted by cells, pores develop in the lattice which allows the cargo growth factor to slowly escape. This gradual, sustained release maintains bioavailability at steady-state levels (near zero-order kinetics). The crystals can also be readily used for patterning by attachment to surfaces or suspension at specific positions in hydrogels. PODS® nanocrystals have a wide range of applications either in-vitro (2D or 3D culture) or in-vivo.
