Celentyx Ltd are a CRO specialising in bespoke assay services focused on human immunology, immuno-oncology, fibrosis and neuroinflammation.

Celentyx has established local access to fresh, disease relevant patient tissue, allowing clinically us to set up customized assays with human primary cells (healthy and/or diseased). We benefit from the world-leading expertise of the neighbouring MRC Centre for Immune Regulation and Institute of Translational Medicine (Birmingham, UK). Our assays support our clients in candidate selection, medium-throughput screening, differentiation, mechanism of action, target discovery and proof of concept studies.

Our technologies include multi-colour flow cytometry, multiplex cytokine analysis, multiplex quantitative immunohistochemistry, immuno-fluorescence microscopy, phenotypic screen deconvolution, quantitative image analysis, qPCR, RNAseq, and electrophysiology.
