Sites

The Flow Cytometry Core Facility aim is to provide high quality professional service
related to flow cytometric techniques using cutting edge equipment. To achieve this goal,
we encourage interaction between users and lab members of the core facility. 
Support and training is provided for the use of all analysers, help is provided
in experiment design, data interpretation, presentation and troubleshooting.
A full sorting service is also provided.

Equipment

The lab is equipped with the following flow cytometers:

- Three Becton Dickinson LSR Fortessa

- One Becton Dickinson FACSCalibur,

- One Amnis/Merck ImageStream X Mark II,

- Two Becton Dickinson ARIA cell sorters.

- We also have a CyTOF2 Mass Cytometer
