The Beowulf Cluster Lab in room MEC 305 in the College Of Engineering houses two clusters: a 61 node Beowulf cluster with 122 2.4 GHz Xeon processors and a 3-node developmental cluster with six 2.4 GHz Xeon processors. The lab is sponsored by a National Science Foundation Major Research Infrastructure Award No. 0321233. The Principal Investigators for the project are Amit Jain (Computer Science) and Paul Michaels (Geosciences) .
