Bioxtal is a biotech company providing services to Pharmaceutical and biotechnology companies as well as academic research labs. Bioxtal offers molecular biology and purification services (E. coli, baculovirus/insect cells, mammalian). We produce batches of recombinant proteins (with or without fusion tags, labelled protein for NMR, crystallography or imaging) for HTS or other applications. Biochemistry and biophysical services include: domain boundaries and solubility screening (Split GFP systems), activity assays development, protein interactions characterization (Protein/protein, Protein/ligand, Lead compounds screening) by TR-FRET, Isothermal Titration Calorimetry, Microscale thermophoresis, Biolayer Interferometry or Thermal shift assay. We also offer protein structure determination by X-ray crystallography (protein, protein complexes, protein/antibody complexes; protein ligand complexes; structure based drug design).
