BioClavis is a Glasgow-based spin-out of BioSpyder technologies leveraging the powerful TempO-Seq transcriptomic/genomic platform technology for personalised diagnostics and drug discovery.
TempO-Seq is a high-throughput assay specifically designed for very efficient profiling of molecular signatures or transcriptomes from limited sample amounts including FFPE sections, tissue microarrays, or fine needle aspirates. Multiplexing is unlimited, ranging from tens to thousands of genes/SNPs to whole transcriptome at a fraction of the cost of RNA-Seq. Importantly, due to the lack of purification and reverse transcription steps, TempO-Seq excels where traditional techniques fail: low input, RNA degradation, or formalin fixation have negligible impact on performance.
Data is delivered in a standard format compatible with essentially any secondary analysis pipelines such as CMap or BMDExpress, and we offer bioinformatics support to help you make sense of the data. TempO-Seq therefore enables efficient, sensitive, and inexpensive profiling of both in vitro and in vivo samples or patient cohorts at a large scale, and BioClavis can work with you to implement molecular endpoints in your high-throughput studies.
