The AU Transgenic Facility is a core facility available to the university community located within the College of Veterinary Medicine. The AUTF mission is to provide AU investigators with genetically engineered mice and related molecular/animal technologies used in basic science research. The AUTF offers the following services at this time: DNA Microinjection, ES Cell Transfer, Gene Targeting, Line Rederivation, and Embryo and Sperm Cryopreservation.
