Description:

GEOPIG analytical facilities are equipped with High Resolution Inductively Coupled Plasma Mass Spectrometer (HR-ICP-MS), ion chromatography (IC), gas chromatography (GC) and microwave digestion systems. This allows us to measure dissolved major, minor and trace elements in aqueous samples in ppb and ppm levels, as well as gas compositions (H2, CO2, CO, CH4 and organics) in gaseous and liquid samples. Solid and liquid samples can be digested with the microwave digestion system for elemental analysis.
