Miralys MALDI HIiPLEX-IHC from AmberGen is a targeted MALDI imaging system used for visualizing patterns of intact large molecules such as proteins in tissue samples. It offers a number of powerful features for researchers who need to analyze large and complex tissue samples with a high degree of precision and resolution and could potentially provide valuable insights for drug discovery and development.
- The system allows for multiomic imaging, enabling the imaging of both small molecules and large molecules in a single workflow. For example, drug developers could potentially use Miralys to image both a drug candidate and its target in the same tissue sample, allowing them to determine whether the drug is effectively binding to its target and modulating its activity.
- The system is non-destructive to the tissue, enabling the use of other imaging modalities before or after imaging with Miralys MALDI HiPLEX-IHC.

There are 70 standard Miralys probes that can be shipped out within a matter of days, and custom probes can be created from commercially available or customer-proprietary antibodies.
