Overview:
Alpha Genesis Inc. provides the highest quality nonhuman primate products and bio-research services world-wide. The Alpha Genesis Primate Research Center (AGPRC) is the designated Contract Research Organization (CRO) of Alpha Genesis Incorporated (AGI). The AGPRC research team is dedicated to fighting diseases ranging from Alzheimer’s to Zika and seeks to substantially improve human and animal health worldwide. In partnership with government organizations, private foundations, and private industry, AGPRC conducts studies seeking breakthrough discoveries of causes, preventions, treatments and cures. The highly regulated study of nonhuman primates (NHPs) is critically important, as it often precedes clinical trials in humans and cannot be replicated any other way.

Primate Research Resources:
The Alpha Genesis Primate Research Center is a full-service AAALAC-accredited facility that provides ready access to several thousand macaque primates maintained in our U.S. based facilities. Our domestic SPF primate breeding colonies are unique within the industry and have been used in a wide variety of research applications across all stages of primate development, from pre-natal through juvenile, adolescent, adult, and geriatric.

Primate Research Capabilities:
The Alpha Genesis Primate Research Center offers an extensive array of contract research capabilities from early discovery and proof-of-concept to developmental toxicology. Research areas include pharmacokinetics, compound screening, vaccine testing, efficacy assessment, pharmacology, and early lead optimization. The Center is a full-service facility that provides primate quarantine, colony maintenance, colony support, primate biological products, and on site use.
