Core Technology

Affinergy discovers peptides that capture, deliver, and retain specific proteins, drugs, or cells. Using our core technology, phage display biopanning, we screen proprietary libraries of peptide sequences comprising 95 billion unique sequences and structures.

These screens lead to the discovery of peptides with high affinity and specificity for their targets. We have discovered a comprehensive panel of peptides for a variety of proteins, cell types, and antibiotics.

In addition, we have developed chemistries for immobilizing these peptides on a wide variety of solid substrates, including magnetic beads, agarose resin, collagen meshes, glass slides, silicone, ePTFE, and titanium.
