Advaita Bioinformatics develops comprehensive bioinformatics tools that bridge the gap between the ability to gather and interpret genomic variants, transcriptomics, proteomics data, and other OMICS data. Our advanced methods and platform provide researchers with the most advanced and secure tools to understand underlying phenomena at a systems biology level while minimizing false positives. Advaita’s HIPAA compliant applications allow users to quickly and intuitively understand expression and variant data and combine various ‘omics data to quickly gain deep biological understanding.
