Overview: Adeptrix Corporation is a research reagent company. The company was established to commercialize a new analytical platform technology termed Bead Assisted Mass Spectrometry (BAMS), for multiplexed targeted protein analysis.

Our solution: BAMS combines two common technologies: immunoaffinity capture and mass spectrometry detection. Mass spectrometry is currently a low throughput method because it requires extensive upfront sample fractionation by liquid chromatography (LC-MS). BAMS unique platform couples bead-based immunoassays with MALDI mass spectrometry to achieve both high multiplexing and high throughput capacity. BAMS can quantify total protein abundance, protein isoforms, SNPs and post-translationally modified (PTM) sites to perform in-depth proteomic profiling of biological samples.
